**Session 1 and 2**

Today I was contacted by someone calling himself Professor Ming. At first I was worried someone had found me but it turns out he wanted to offer me and a couple other people a job here on Locus. He claimed we had the necessary skills. What use does he have for a run-away pleasure pod? Or does he know? How would he, even I can't explain how I do the things I can do sometimes. Maybe there's a connection... I took the job to find his colleague because really, what else am I going to do? An autonomous hab sounded like a great idea in a panicked escape but the truth is, I don't know anyone here and that's a real problem when what little credits I have are worthless. The others seem alright, though that psychosurgeon is kind of a scary bitch. And I think that's a Futura morph she's in...

We had a lead on an AI programmer and a hydroponics tech. We got the drop on the former at a party he was attending and I figured I might as well make myself useful and get some info out of him. I don't know what I was thinking. Not only was it pointless after Tiao hacked into his files but I felt awful about it. I'm not even sure if I felt awful about //doing// it or about the fact that at the time it wasn't even all that bad. The Juice helped but it wore off now. Lasted just long enough for me to absolutely useless while the others talked to the broccoli farmer.

So now we're headed to a habitat that may or may not be home to the White Khan's now along with some... thing. I really hope the place is just deserted because looking at the other people in the group I feel like there might be more responsibility on my shoulders than I feel comfortable with. Especially Tiao doesn't seem too thrilled to go to that place and I'd be much more comfortable if I felt my skills were a bit more... reliable? No, that's not true, they haven't really failed me yet but it's unnerving to rely on some kind of reflexes or intuition, never quite being in control of it.
